Lag Curves UX Improvements

Three small additions make the Lagged Value Breakouts view easier to read and interpret:

• Hovering over the LAG CURVES toggle while it's on now shows a tooltip with the horizon definitions (Short = Week 1, Medium = Weeks 2–4, Long = Weeks 5–12) so you don't have to leave the chart to look them up.

• The data table now includes a % of Fcst column for the Short-Term, Med-Term, and Long-Term rows, showing each horizon's contribution as a percentage of the total forecasted KPI at your current spend point.

• An inline color legend now appears directly on the chart, making it easier to match each colored band to its time horizon at a glance.
